As the name of this program suggests, Moyea PPT4Web Converter was basically developed for converting PowerPoint presentations into web-supported video formats. This function meets the needs of those users wanting to upload their slideshows to video-sharing websites.
Using the program is absolutely easy, and even more if you use the “getting-started” instructions on the initial screen. As these instructions properly describe, the whole process is based on four simple steps: importing the presentations, customizing the conversion, selecting the output profile and proceeding to convert.
As this program supports batch conversion, you can import more than one presentation file. This will create a list whose elements you can customize such details as timing, music, audio and slides. This step will be very important for creating video presentations that actually fit your necessities; however, if you find it too difficult, you can leave these parameters as they appear, and you will get rather acceptable results. In a similar manner, if you do not know much about codecs, bitrates and the like, you can use one of the multiple profiles available. There is also a preview of the presentation. In this respect, and perhaps it is too much to ask, I wish the program would allow me to select only those slides I want to include in the video. A real limitation, however, is that it will not allow you to set individual conversion profiles for the files on the list.
